Our client, a leader in agricultural products manufacturing, is seeking a Packer to join their dedicated team. As a Packer, you will be an essential part of the production support team, ensuring that products are prepared with care and precision for shipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Packer Location: Middleport, NY Pay Range: $18/hour Shift: Mandatory Swing Shift (7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am) What's the Job? Packing, labeling, and stacking products to ensure quality standards are met Preparing products for shipment by organizing and securing items properly Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times Following safety protocols and company procedures diligently Assisting team members to meet daily production goals What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Steel-toed boots for safety compliance Reliable and punctual attendance What's in it for me?
