Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Picker-Packer) Location:
Henrietta, NY Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking a reliable and
detail-driven Warehouse Associate – International Distribution to
support global shipping operations for a leading distribution
center. This contract role is expected to last approximately 6
months , with the potential for extension based on performance and
business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for picking,
scanning, packing, and shipping customer, distributor, and contract
orders in alignment with international shipping regulations. You
will work with RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and a
variety of material handling equipment to ensure accurate and
timely order fulfillment. An essential part of this position
includes the ability to read a tape measure to the decimal —a skill
required for precise packaging and order verification. This is an
excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience or

Shift: 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM Pay: $18.00
per hour Core Duties & Responsibilities: Pick and pack customer,
distributor, and contract orders using RF scanners, list-picking,
and manual picking methods. Process orders through the Red Prairie
Warehouse Management System (WMS) . Operate pallet jacks, man-ups,
forklifts, and carousels (certifications provided if needed).
Monitor aging orders and assist in resolving system-related
shipping issues. Follow country-specific packaging guidelines to
ensure international shipping compliance. Accurately measure
materials using a tape measure to the decimal to meet packaging and
order specifications. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work
environment while adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
Be flexible and ready to support various warehouse tasks based on
operational priorities. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED
required. Previous experience using Red Prairie WMS , FedEx/UPS
shipping software , and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks such as
standing, reaching, bending, and squatting throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in hot, humid, and noisy environments typical
of warehouse settings. Must possess strong communication skills and
work well in a team-based environment. Forklift and Man-up
certifications are a plus; training will be provided as needed.
Must be available for overtime, holidays, and mandatory Saturdays
