This role offers hybrid work arrangements after an initial in-office period. Core Responsibilities: Support attorneys in all phases of litigation from case inception through trial Prepare and manage e-filings across multiple jurisdictions Draft and review medical record summaries and chronologies Maintain case files and litigation calendars Draft basic pleadings and discovery documents Assist with deposition preparation and exhibit management Coordinate with insurance carriers and external vendors Monitor court deadlines and maintain internal tracking systems Handle correspondence with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Required Qualifications: 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, insurance defense preferred Strong experience with e-filing systems and court procedures Demonstrated expertise in medical record review and summarization Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and deadline management Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate Interested in hearing more?
