Job Description:
A dynamic global law firm known for its excellence and
innovation in legal services, is seeking a Immigration Associate
with experience in business immigration law practice. Prior
experience in a law firm setting is preferred. Candidates must have
strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
Candidates should enjoy working with others in a team oriented
setting. Writing samples will be required. Experience: 1 to 3 years
in business immigration law matters. Responsibilities: Work with
the team to provide clients with comprehensive support in all areas
of employment-based immigration. Perform legal research on
immigration matters, legal developments in immigration law and
communicate implications internally. Assist in preparing and filing
all types of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions,
including under the E-1/2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, and EB-1/2/3
classifications. Maintain records, track deadlines, and ensure
timely filings. Communicate with clients and government agencies
under attorney supervision. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from
an accredited law school. Strong academic credentials. Excellent
technical, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to
work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide
comprehensive solutions to clients. Salary: $127,500 to $137,000 If
