A company is looking for a Foreclosure Attorney in Maryland.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a foreclosure caseload from beginning to
end
Communicate with clients and investors to facilitate loss
mitigation resolutions
Oversee and work with support staff
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in Maryland
At least five (5) years of civil litigation experience in federal
and Maryland state courts
5+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in Maryland
Experience with mortgage foreclosure law and consumer protection
laws preferred
