Job Description:
JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated), a leading global real
estate services firm, is seeking a Senior Automation Technician to
join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is critical in
supporting our commitment to excellence in managing sophisticated
real estate and infrastructure projects. The Senior Automation
Technician will be pivotal in deploying and maintaining automation
solutions across our managed properties, ensuring operational
efficiency and technological advancement that align with our
strategic goals. Implement and optimise automation systems for real
estate operations. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting
of automation hardware and software. Collaborate with the
engineering team to design and integrate new technologies. Assure
all automation projects align with environmental, compliance, and
safety standards. Provide training and support to team members on
new technology implementations. Monitor and report on the
performance of automation systems, recommending improvements as
needed. Proficiency in using PLC programming and SCADA systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with HVAC automation controls. Ability to read and
interpret technical plans and documents. Excellent troubleshooting
and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration
skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certified Automation Professional (CAP) HVAC certification is an
advantage. Any additional certification related to Building
Management Systems (BMS)
