Job Title: Platform Specialist/Data Entry Specialist Location: Williamsville, NY-14221 Duration: 6 Months Overview: The Platform Specialist is a productive and established individual contributor responsible for handling unique or complex customer transactions, including updates, corrections, and requests that occur outside the standard platform process. This role supports transaction processing while helping to drive platform adoption and operational efficiency. The Platform Specialist will address inquiries with speed and accuracy and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). The specialist will perform transactional functions, support associate requests, and promote consistent, high-quality service delivery. Knowledge and Skills : Strong knowledge of professional communication techniques and customer service best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel. Understanding of business programs, services, and products. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Capable of analyzing data to identify trends and insights. Results-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks and act with urgency. Collaborative team player who can also operate independently when needed. Qualifications : Associate degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of relevant functional experience OR High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of functional experience, preferably at a senior level. Solid understanding of transactional processes and ability to apply knowledge to a broad range of task.
