• U.S. work authorization required
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or PeopleSoft Grants module, including an understanding of how Grants interfaces with the General Ledger (GL) via subledger accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Asset, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) module
• -First-hand experience with at least two of the following modules: Grants, Projects, Contracts, Billing, and AR.
• Experience managing the Grants lifecycle for receiving and defining awards, administering budgets and costs, billing, and evaluating funds/budget performance. -
• Experience realizing operational efficiencies, compliance, and increased accountability within the Oracle ERP Cloud or PeopleSoft Financials
• Experience using either PPM or Oracle/PeopleSoft Grants to communicate and manage the budget process across the academic enterprise, including using the planning framework, modeling budget rules, and leveraging budget versions while establishing budgets for projects and grants
• Experience with analysis and review of effort reporting and retro functionality
• Willingness to travel up to 50%The estimated base salary range for this job is $95,000 - $125,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $106,400 - $147,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
