Technical Support Analyst Buffalo, NY $45,000 - $50,000 + Medical + Dental + Life Insurance Excellent opportunity for a results driven Technical Support Analyst to join a well-established and successful manufacturer within the Medical Industry, who have been market leading products close to 30 years. This company is well-known for developing, manufacturing and marketing of diagnoses kits on a global scale. With this company being on a global scale they are looking for a technical support analyst to help with the troubleshooting and resolution of end user incidents on technical issues. In this role you will be responsible for the resolution management and documentation, as well as management of events and incidents, troubleshooting of end user hardware and software, analysis and reporting of desktop support metrics and also helping on continuous improvement policies and processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in similar roles in order to hit the ground running on ongoing and upcoming support needs for the company. The ideal person for this role will be proficient in troubleshooting and have good knowledge of general principles of computer systems as well as prior experience in integrated online systems.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst to join a highly regarded company within the developing and manufacturing of medical equipment industry, where you will be in a fast paced environment to support both internal and external users.
