We are committed to providing comprehensive, high quality patient-centered care to improve the overall quality in the lives of our patients.Currently we are seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence Analyst for our team in Buffalo, NY To lead a team of business intelligence analysts in providing data, reports, and analytics to meet the company's specific business needs and functions. This role reports directly to the VP, Clinical Informatics. This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday - Friday.Essential Duties:

• Manage a team of business intelligence analysts and lead morning and afternoon meetings
  • Ensure that report data is extracted from a specified SFTP folder and placed into 3rd party reporting and dashboard software daily
  • Develop and maintain dashboard in PowerBI to assist with practice objectives; exporting data, validating data, making edits, re-pulling data, mapping relationships between the data and master data set, building the report and creating graphics based on the practice needs.
  • Work with the eHR Team to validate reports to ensure that data is accurate and complete
  • Create new reports or queries to pull data for business needs.
  • Build visualization dashboards to display data in a user friendly, adoptable format
  • Set up data feeds from 3rd party practice partners into reporting and dashboard software
  • Monitor daily extraction, transfer, and load process to ensure data sets are completely pushed to dashboard software and other necessary shared folders.
  • Maintain reports to ensure that any new or additional required data is promptly added
  • Attend regularly scheduled team meetings
  • Work in tandem with the eHR Applications team on projects and other assignments
  • Identify inefficiencies in the reporting process and work with
  • Deliver exemplary customer service in order to provide a positive patient experience across the organization;
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.Qualifications:Proficient in Power BI, MEDENT, advanced Excel formulas, SQL and data integration
    • Experience in Business Intelligence development
    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • Business Intelligence Software experience required
    • Management experience, required
    • Knowledge of Microsoft office preferred
    • Ability to prioritize projects and see them through until completion
