The IT Technical Support Operator will need to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical situations, enjoy working with end users and participating in a team environment. This position is currently work from home, but the operator will be required to be within driving distance of our East Aurora, NY campus to work on site as needed.Your Impact

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, applications, and hardware for our Consumer Service team.
  • Use best practice troubleshooting skills to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with our IT groups as needed to ensure issues are solved in a timely manner
  • Train employees as needed on appropriate systems and tools
  • Assist other members of Consumer Services IT Support team on special projects, recalls, and premium fulfillment requests as needed
  • Complete assigned daily and weekly tasks related to database administration
  • Perform data analysis as neededWhat We're Looking For:
