We build and deliver a wide variety of cutting-edge capabilities used across the enterprise to provide the best internal customer experience possible, enhancing the ability of our business partners to deliver. - Voice and Video Collaboration AnalystBuffalo, NY OPPORTUNITY:Cisco Unified Communications Voice & Video Analyst responsible for maintaining the various components that make up M&T's Voice and Video Collaboration environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and supporting the existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager environment, as well as making recommendations for best practices and identifying process improvement opportunities. Qualifications:Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and UCS virtual serversCisco Expressway technologies experience for MRA, B2B video, and cloud servicesCisco Softphone, and MRACisco Unity voicemail and Contact Center Express experienceVideo technologies experience including Telepresence and CMSWorking knowledge with implementing and troubleshooting a large SIP trunking environment utilizing CUBE border controllersWebEx integration with Cisco Directory Connector and SSODigital signage experienceMIMINUM QUALIFICATONS REQUIRED: -Combined minimum of 8 years' higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management and/or architectureMinimum 8 years' experience with Voice and Video infrastructures, engineering management, and familiarity with a broad range of collaboration technologies.Must be detail orientated/articulate with strong time management and organization skillsMust have strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to present to a target audienceMust be able to anticipate potential problems associated with Collaboration infrastructure or service level trends and plans for implementing solutionsMust be able to work flexible hours, including hours beyond the normal schedule when necessary; we operate in a 24x7x365 environment -IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferredAbility to work effectively and closely with all levels of management within the organization.
