organization in the heart of Rochester, is seeking a
detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to support their busy payroll
department on a contract basis. This daytime role offers a
professional, business-casual office setting where your
organization skills and sense of urgency will truly shine. Key
Responsibilities: Support payroll operations with accurate data
entry and record maintenance Verify employee timekeeping records
and assist with compliance Address payroll-related questions and
concerns from employees Assist with benefits administration and
general HR documentation Maintain confidentiality and accuracy
while managing multiple priorities What You Bring: Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail with the
ability to pivot between tasks A natural sense of urgency and the
ability to stay organized under pressure Excellent communication
skills and a team-first mindset Details: Location: Rochester, NY
Schedule: Daytime hours, Monday–Friday Pay Rate: $20/hour Dress
