Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist Shared Services- Clinical Payroll Customer Services to support clinical pay-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve moderate to complex clinical compensation and pay-related inquiries through various communication channels
Research compensation-related topics and review contract language against company policies
Document resolutions and contribute to process improvement initiatives to reduce recurring issues

Required Qualifications and Education

High School Degree or GED required
2 years of customer service, administrative, and/or healthcare experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with systems supporting Oracle and Service Now
