This role will require a team member to display consistent enthusiasm for the company vision and mission. The candidate should serve as an expert in identifying complex problems, reviewing information, developing options for implementation of solutions, and showing good judgment by weighing the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.The HR generalist will demonstrate the ability contribute to the atmosphere for staff that is respectful and comfortable, fun and friendly, but also highly productive, as well as one that embraces diversity and out-of-the box thinking.HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruit for available position requisitions on all available Job Boards, create and maintain networking relationships in relation to recruitment and HR.Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.Deliver customer service, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive interaction with employees and others.Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace; Assist with employee complaints and concerns Enters employee data in HRIS utilizing Standard Operating ProceduresSupports the entry of employee data into the HRIS system including new hire, changes, terminations and any other employee-related action to be tracked including benefits, compensation, leave, etc.Proficiency with PC's and computer programs including Microsoft Office applications.Process and manage job offers, background checks, reference checks, OMIG checks, and gains necessary medical information for candidates.Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS:Associates Degree with Two (2) years job-related experience.HealthCare experience preferred.Excellent organization, communication and computer skills.Find out why Allwel is a great place to work!Disclaimer: This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
