Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a dedicated Physical
Therapist to provide onsite support during the Extended School Year
(ESY) program in Rochester, NY. This contract position offers the
opportunity to work within a dynamic educational district serving
students from kindergarten through age 22. Key Responsibilities: -
Deliver physical therapy services to students in a school setting -
Implement individualized treatment plans to support student goals -
Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary
teams - Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports -
Comply with district policies and state regulations Qualifications:
- Current New York State Physical Therapist license (required) -
Experience working as a Physical Therapist in a school environment
preferred - Ability to manage caseload and schedules efficiently -
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Commitment to
supporting students with diverse needs Location and Schedule: -
Rochester, NY - Contract period: July 1, 2026, through August 14,
2026 - 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday - Work hours: 7:30
AM to 3:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break Benefits and
