Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Buffalo, New York. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Long Term Care -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48
hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel 2
years of supervisory experience required, 4 days of RTO approved.
1. Critically, assess and de-escalate situations: handling staffing
during shift change, rounding, assessing all residents with a
change in condition, accident and incident reporting. 2. Set
assignments for RNs, LPNs, CNAs at facility - Oversee Nursing Model
for assigned unit. 3. Admissions (up to 4 per day, typically late
afternoon or early evening) & Discharges 4. Initiating IV fluids 5.

12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with
