Opportunity OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Cook to join our
team at Patina 250 in Buffalo, New York. As a key member of our
culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality
food products for our guests.Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverage products for guests by following
recipe guidelines and proper preparation techniques.
- Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment according to
correct procedures.
- Work cooperatively with team members and management to ensure
seamless service.Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand recipes and food
abbreviations.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high
level of attention to detail.
- 2-3 years of experience working saute or grill/broiler
stations.Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs or more.
- Ability to stand for long periods while also bending, lifting,
