Job Description:

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for continued support for all our clients. We are a family owned and operated independent insurance agency. With many carriers available, you will need to be able to maintain knowledge of each companies procedures. -Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Track policy activity
Process endorsements for clients
Promote office to the local community
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of Insurance office work experience(REQUIRED)
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Someone looking for a career, not a temporary position
