Dentist – Camillus, NY (Near Syracuse) A well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Camillus, NY is seeking a Dentist to join our experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy schedule with an established patient base , offering strong earning potential and a clear path to partnership. Our owner dentist is an Associate Fellow Implantologist (AAID) and provides mentorship in both surgical and prosthetic implant dentistry. Schedule 3–4 days per week (flexible) Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed daily base (competitive) or 35% of collections (whichever is higher) Estimated annual earnings: $120,000 – $300,000 based on production Consistent patient flow and full schedule to support production $5,000 sign-on bonus $500 CE allowance annually Uniform allowance W2 or 1099 options available Partnership opportunity What You’ll Do Perform exams, diagnose, and present treatment plans Provide restorative care (fillings, crowns, bridges) Perform extractions and select endodontic procedures Deliver partials and dentures Educate patients on treatment and preventative care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Requirements Active New York dental license Strong communication and patient care skills Team-oriented and reliable Comfortable with exams and restorative procedures Open to all experience levels Technology & Practice Paperless office Digital X-rays Eaglesoft software Long-standing, supportive team Efficient, well-managed workflow Located just outside Syracuse, Camillus offers a high quality of life, family-friendly neighborhoods, and an easy commute.
