Doctor of Medicine | Physical Medicine Location: Canandaigua, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 9 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an experienced Physician for a physical medicine and rehabilitation role in Canandaigua, NY , working in an ambulatory clinic and procedural setting . The position involves direct patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and performing interventional pain procedures while supporting a multidisciplinary care team. The role includes performing procedures such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and other advanced pain management techniques , along with clinic-based evaluations and patient management . Ideal candidates should be comfortable treating adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting . Shift Timings: • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Office call only after hours and weekends Requirements • Board Eligible or Board Certified Physician – REQUIRED • Active New York License – REQUIRED • BLS Certification – REQUIRED • 1–2 years post-fellowship experience – REQUIRED • Interventional pain/procedure experience – REQUIRED Benefits • Competitive pay rates • ??
