perioperative care in a dynamic Operating Room setting specializing
in ortho and trauma cases. This contract role based in Irving, TX,

options for downtime. Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe, efficient
perioperative nursing care aligned with OR protocols Support a
10-room OR suite with cases focused on orthopedic and trauma
surgeries Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR
techs for patient-centered care Maintain sterile field and manage
surgical instrumentation Participate in on-call rotations including
4-6 shifts per month for urgent care needs Adhere to unit-specific
guidelines including dress code and patient safety standards
Desired Qualifications: Current RN licensure with PeriOp 101
completion required; orthopedic and trauma experience essential
Certified Surgical Technologists with ortho and trauma competency
strongly preferred Experience working in fast-paced OR environments
with EMR proficiency Ability to work day or night shifts as needed
Commitment to teamwork, patient advocacy, and continuous
professional development Schedule: 4-6 on-call shifts monthly Day
and night shift coverage required This contract role provides a
