This is a rare opportunity to join a newly built pediatric anesthesia division with strong system backing, outstanding compensation, and long-term growth potential. Physicians can tailor their practice to fit their interests: • 100% pediatrics • Pediatrics plus adult anesthesia • Pediatrics plus OB • Adult rotations available Opportunity Highlights - $150,000 sign-on bonus - 10 weeks of paid time off - Protected post-call day off - Full family health and dental insurance paid by employer - 401k with profit sharing and employer match to IRS limits - H-1B visa sponsorship available - New graduates welcomed - Training stipend while in fellowship or residency Work weeks average approximately 42.5 hours including call, supporting both high income and work-life balance.
