Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location:
Rochester, NY Agency: Job.com LLC Pay: $3,600 to $3,700 per week
Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13
Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide direct patient
care to pulmonary and cardiac patients (acute respiratory failure,
CHF, COPD, pneumonia, sepsis). Monitor telemetry, interpret and
manage dysrhythmias. Manage oxygen therapy, trach care, chest
tubes, and ventilators (CPAP/BIPAP/HFNC). Administer IV
medications, heparin, insulin drips, and cardiac drips. Perform IV
therapy, line management (central, PICC, peripheral), and blood
product administration. Follow isolation and wound care protocols;
respond to rapid responses/emergencies. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams and document in EPIC. Requirements License:
Active NY RN (no pending licenses) Experience: 1 year MS/Tele
(Stepdown preferred) Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred
Travelers: First-time travelers accepted Charting: EPIC
preferred
