Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location:
Rochester, NY Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,940 per week Shift
Information: Days - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is
working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN
in Rochester, New York, 14445! Shift: Day Shift 4×12 hours per week
07:00 AM – 07:00 PM Every other weekend required Floating to
Med?Surg units when needed No block scheduling Responsibilities:
Provide care on a MS/Tele unit with a 1:5 day ratio Monitor and
interpret cardiac rhythms Manage dysrhythmias , respond to Rapid
Response/Code Perform IV insertion , peripheral line care,
PICC/central line care Administer medications , including heparin
protocols Conduct wound care , isolation precautions, trach &
oxygen management Care for post?cardiac and post?surgical patients
(PCI, pacemakers, AICD) Handle feeding tubes , surgical drains, and
orthopedics/trauma overflow Document care in Epic (required) 5

Requirements Requirements: Licensure & Experience Active NY RN
License in hand — REQUIRED Travel experience — REQUIRED Previous
Charge Experience — REQUIRED Minimum 1–2 years MS/Tele experience
Must live >75 miles from the facility (locals not accepted)
Certifications BLS — REQUIRED 29414892EXPTEMP
