Job Description:
RL Communities is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior
Living Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our
senior residential communities. This role is pivotal in ensuring
that we provide top-tier care and an invigorating living
environment for our residents. The ideal candidate will bring a
compassionate approach to managing staff, a deep understanding of
residential management, and a commitment to the wellness and
happiness of our residents. Oversee the day-to-day operational
functions of the community, ensuring seamless activities and
high-quality elder care. Manage and lead a team of staff including
healthcare, administrative, and maintenance personnel. Plan,
coordinate, and execute community events and recreational
activities tailored for senior residents. Maintain compliance with
all local, state, and federal regulations influencing senior care
and housing. Handle budgeting, financial management, and resource
allocation efficiently. Foster a welcoming, safe, and vibrant
community environment for all residents. Communicate effectively
with residents and their families about community standards and
their care. Strong leadership and personnel management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability Budget management
and financial acumen Effective communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in property management software Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified
Assisted Living Manager (CALM) preferred but not required. First
Aid and CPR certifications.
