Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team with heart and
purpose. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, compassionate leader
who fosters teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care in
a supportive, home-like environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee
all nursing operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and
compassionate care. Inspire and mentor a team of nurses and CNAs to
deliver exceptional outcomes. Collaborate with the Administrator
and department leaders to enhance resident and family satisfaction.
Develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives that
reflect the mission and values of The McGuire Group.
Qualifications: Current RN license in the State of New York.
Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care
or subacute rehab. Strong communication, clinical, and leadership
skills. A passion for community, teamwork, and continuous
