problem solving, providing clinical expertise, facilitates staff
mentoring and coaching, and facilitates patient flow during the off
shifts (typically evenings, nights, weekends and holidays) for the
entire 180 bed facility that consists of 5 units that care for
residents with diagnoses of dementia, DM, CVA, cardiac, orthopedic
tx, etc.Special Procedures/Unit Details: Moore Place-
neurobehavioral unit with residents with diagnosis of dementia or
alzheimer's with violent behaviors. Bilz unit- Rehab unit with
residents s/p orthopedic surgery, cardiac procedures, etc that
