Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their feelings. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mental health care. Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work Valid state licensure (LCSW) Experience working in a therapeutic setting. Strong understanding of developmental psychology and mental health disorders.
