seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant
(PA) with pediatric experience to join our team in Hornell, NY .
Clinic Schedule : Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Tuesday – Thursday:
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work alongside two
other APPs in a collaborative environment - 36 - 40 hour work week
Responsibilities: Work closely with an MD/DO to lead the care team
in medical decision-making Conduct history & physical exams (HPI)
Diagnose conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
Prescribe medications following New York State guidelines Perform
minor surgical procedures Provide patient education and referrals
