Occupational Therapist opportunity is available to provide
essential support during a medical leave in a K-12 school setting
located in Lockport, NY. This contract position spans from April 13
through June 24 and involves working Monday through Friday at a
single building, offering a stable and focused work environment
within a dedicated educational community. Key responsibilities
include delivering therapeutic services tailored to students
individual needs across the K-12 spectrum, collaborating with
educators and support staff to implement strategies that enhance
student participation and performance, and maintaining accurate
documentation of student progress and therapy plans. The therapist
will support students developmental, sensory, and motor skills to
foster their academic success and overall well-being during this
medical leave coverage period. Preferred qualifications and skills
for this role: - Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in
school-based settings - Familiarity with K-12 educational
environments and student developmental stages - Ability to develop
and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in
collaboration with school teams - Strong communication skills for
effective collaboration with educators, parents, and students -
Commitment to supporting student progress through innovative and
evidence-based therapeutic techniques Located in Lockport, this
contract offers a structured schedule with weekdays on site in one
facility, providing a focused and consistent work routine during
