Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,692 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 2/17/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Rochester, New York, 14621! Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Float RN – New York Start Date: February 17, 2026 Location: Rochester, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (optional 4x12 available upon request and approval) Highlights: Float RN position providing critical support across multiple Med-Surg and Telemetry units EPIC charting system in use throughout the facility 13-week travel assignment with opportunity for extended shifts Comprehensive orientation with pre-start modules (up to 5 billable hours) Exposure to diverse patient populations and acute care environments First-time travelers welcome to apply Requirements: Active New York RN license required in hand prior to submittal Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing experience Current BLS certification required EPIC charting experience is mandatory Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location Strong skills in dysrhythmia interpretation and management, peripheral line care, oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, and use of Rapid Response/Code teams Willingness and ability to float to multiple units as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable, experienced RN to expand clinical skills across multiple Med-Surg and Telemetry environments.
