nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Level III for a travel nursing

Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 16 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:
9 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN -
Pre Op PACU /n/n Job Details: /n • Call rotation includes 1 weekday
of call per week and approximately 3 full weekends of call during
contract /n• Required to float between Geneva General Hospital and
Finger Lakes Surgery Center /n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS,
PALS (all through AHA or RQI only) and NIHSS /n• New York State RN
licensure required /n• Apply nursing knowledge and technical skills
in delivering high-quality compassionate care to patients and
families /n• Assess patient and family needs through active
listening and direct observation /n• Develop individualized,
culturally relevant plans of care in collaboration with
interdisciplinary team /n• Provide direct patient care and evaluate
patient progress throughout episodes of care /n• Provide care to
adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations with medical
conditions /n• Conduct patient and family education to assist in
understanding self-care beyond hospitalization /n• Promote comfort
and provide emotional support in a healing environment /n• Document
education provided and patient/family response to education /n•
Demonstrate skill in medication administration and clinical
interventions /n• Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is
