Registered Nurse (RN) | Rehab Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,038 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Rehab RN in Rochester, New York, 14445! Job Opportunity – Acute Rehab RN – New York Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Rochester, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Every other weekend required; Days 1:5 ratio, Nights 1:12 ratio; Float to Medical-Surgical units as needed; Block scheduling may be accommodated based on facility needs Highlights: 25-bed acute rehabilitation unit specializing in stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injury recovery 13-week assignment with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams EPIC charting system utilized facility-wide Patient population includes adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics Specialized equipment experience with Hoyer Lifts and sit-to-stand lifts First-time travelers welcome; pre-approved time off limited to one week maximum per contract Requirements: Active New York RN license required prior to submission (pending licenses not accepted) Minimum 1 year of acute rehab nursing experience required Current BLS certification mandatory EPIC charting experience strongly preferred Experience with CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) patient care Must reside outside 75-mile radius from facility location Completion of pre-start facility modules required (up to 10 hours) Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a dedicated rehabilitation team that makes a meaningful impact on patients recovering from life-changing neurological injuries.
