currently seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to
join the team in Erie County, PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers
- Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and
community settings as a companion for individuals with intellectual
or developmental disability to help them reach their full

roles to match your needs. We are PART-TIME and provide flexibility
with scheduling through various shift locations and times
throughout Erie County, PA. We are needing compassionate and
reliable DSPs to work 2:1 with a female client in West Erie, PA:
Friday evenings Saturday days Sunday days Every other weekend is
possible Must be experienced with behaviors How You’ll Make an
Impact: Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation Spend
time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities Support the
client's goals towards independence in the home and community
Accompany clients on errands and appointments Participate in
community integration activities to focus on socialization
Compensation & Schedule: Competitive pay rates starting at $19.50 /
hour (depending on experience) with a weekly pay schedule Flexible
scheduling (part-time, various shifts) Short commute times (we try
to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home) Options
