This role offers flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts , and while night shifts are preferred , please note there is no night differential . Position Details: Flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts Per diem or part-time availability Preferably available for night shifts Malpractice insurance and tail coverage included Supportive clinical environment with experienced staff Compensation: $185 to $210 per hour , based on employment type (W2 or 1099) and benefit structure Requirements: Active New York State medical license Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (with Emergency Department experience) Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinical setting This is a great fit for experienced providers seeking flexibility, competitive compensation, and a well-supported work environment.
