Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department Level II for a travel nursing job in Geneva, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Acute Care /n/n Job Details: /n • Work ER day/night/weekend/holiday rotation schedule /n• 3 x 12-hour shifts plus 2 on-call shifts per 4-week period /n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Stroke Certification (must be AHA or RQI) /n• NYS RN Licensure required /n• Minimum two years acute hospital experience as an RN required /n• Minimum one year emergency department hospital experience as an RN required /n• Conduct primary and secondary patient assessments for all age groups /n• Perform triage using ESI standards and assign priority of care /n• Utilize invasive and non-invasive procedures and therapeutic interventions /n• Manage life-threatening and routine emergency situations /n• Assess physiological, psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs of patients and families /n• Provide patient and family education for diagnostic procedures and discharge planning /n• Collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes /n• Maintain infection prevention compliance and safety standards /n• Document patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive emergency department providing high-quality compassionate care to patients and families.
