ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/03/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (option to request 4x12 for approval) • Float unit position - floating between units is required • 1 year of nursing experience required • New York nursing license must be in hand to submit • Must live more than 75 miles from facility (local candidates not accepted) • BLS certification required • EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement • First time travelers accepted • Skills required include MS/Tele, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, use of Rapid Response/Code teams, peripheral line care/management, nasal cannula, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, non-invasive airway management, and isolation precautions • Pre-start modules required (billable up to 5 hours, total module time may reach 10 hours) • Background policy reviewed on case-by-case basis • Return staff policy: 1 year minimum between assignments Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical facility providing acute care services with specialized medical surgical and telemetry units.
