fast-paced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting at a well-established

Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically
ill patients using advanced assessment and intervention skills.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and
implement individualized care plans. Monitor patient conditions and

technologies and evidence-based practices to improve patient
outcomes. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans,
care procedures, and health maintenance. Desired Qualifications:
Current RN licensure in the state of Texas. Proven ICU nursing
experience with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex patient cases and multi-task in a dynamic
hospital environment. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. Commitment to
providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Additional Details:
12-hour shifts, primarily 7 PM to 7 AM. Contract assignment
