Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area for a Board Certified Physician Assistant. The Physician Assistant will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services, including patient evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. Daily tasks include conducting physical exams, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients on health maintenance. The role requires collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in performing patient evaluations and physical exams Experience in diagnosing and developing patient treatment plans Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tests and prescribing medications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare team members Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Health Science, or a related field Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Texas 2 years of experience in primary care is a plus.
