working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN
in Geneva, New York, 14456! Job Title: RN Float Pool Profession:
Registered Nurse Specialty: Critical Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Full Time Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7pm - 7:30am)
Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in Med/Surg, Tele, or
Critical Care Units License: Currently licensed as a registered
professional nurse in Client Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
Must-Have: Must be comfortable floating to various units. Must have
a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Must have critical care
experience. ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required through the
American Heart Association or RQI system. Basic Coronary Care
certification required within 6 months of hire. CPI certification
required within 90 days of hire. Description: RN Nights (7pm -
7:30am) with every other weekend and holiday rotations required.
Must be cross-trained for multiple units including Med/Surg, ICU,
and ER. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
with discretion is required. Ability to deal with individuals in a
professional and courteous manner is essential. Candidates must be
able to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and enhance
teamwork. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and
organizational skills are necessary. Computer literacy is
preferred, including experience with Microsoft Office products and
electronic medical records. Demonstrates professional behaviors
consistent with principles of a healing environment. Must possess
knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan. The
individual must demonstrate the ability to assess data reflective
of the patients' status and interpret the appropriate information
needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to
age-specific needs. Care must be provided for pediatric,
