Practice Highlights Purely outpatient, patient-focused practice averaging 17-19 patients per day In-office procedures include suturing, staples, urinary catheterization, simple I&D, rapid respiratory testing, and mono/strep screens Support staff includes multiple PNPs (all lactation certified) and experienced patient care assistants Moving to a new, modern clinical space soon with personalized provider offices and expanded clinical areas Schedule Full-time, flexible schedule with one day off weekly Light weekend phone call (1:4 rotation) supported by overnight nursing triage 100% outpatient, no inpatient or newborn rounding Compensation & Benefits Partnership opportunity available if interested Starting salary: $160,000 with an anticipated $350,000 potential after partnership Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, malpractice, life and disability insurance 3 weeks PTO in year one, CME allowance, and negotiable relocation assistance Location Perks Located in a desirable Buffalo suburb with excellent schools, safe neighborhoods, and a true sense of community Close to parks, hiking trails, Lake Erie waterfront, and cultural attractions Easy access to downtown Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and regional airports (JN -0)
