Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/21/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36
hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel
Duties and Responsibilities: - Monitor patients on cardiac
telemetry for arrhythmias or cardiac abnormalities. - Recognize and
respond to changes in heart rhythms or patient condition. - Work
closely with cardiac teams when changes occur. - Administer
medications including cardiac, antihypertensive, anticoagulants,
and pain medications. - Monitor for side effects and therapeutic
responses. - Educate patients on disease management, medications,
discharge plans, and lifestyle changes. - Provide teaching on heart
monitoring equipment or home care needs if discharged with a
