Tallavera is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term
Care for a local contract job in Geneva, New York. Job Description
& Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: LPN / LVN
Start Date: 07/29/2025 Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift:
8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Local Contract Tallavera is
currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in and around
Geneva, NY. Qualified candidates must have at least one year of
experience working in a Long Term Care environment.
Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Demonstrates knowledge and proper application of established
policies and procedures. Provides input for the development of
nursing care plans. Monitors and observes patients’ health status,
reporting significant findings to the Registered Nurse. Safely
performs therapeutic and preventative nursing procedures under the
direction of an RN. Administers medications and observes patients
for reactions, documenting effectiveness. Assists with staffing
needs by floating to different units as required. Adheres to all
infection control and safety protocols. Requirements of the
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Valid New York State LPN License
Minimum one year of clinical experience in Long Term Care Current
Adult CPR Certification (American Heart Association) Up-to-date
Physical, PPD, Varicella, MMRs, and COVID-19 vaccination About
