Pay Information $2,644 per week About The Position Job Title: Level 3 RN Diagnostic Imaging Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Radiology RN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x10.0 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of Registered IR Nursing experience - Telemetry experience required License: - New York RN license Certifications: - BLS (American Heart Association) - ACLS (American Heart Association) Must-Have: - 2 years of Registered IR Nursing experience - Telemetry experience Description: This is a fast-paced pre/post interventional radiology department. The department caters to inpatient and outpatient populations across the lifespan. Nurses work within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include pre-procedural preparation of patients. Post-procedural recovery and overnight observation care are also essential. Experience with GI post-procedural care is preferred but not required. This role is an exciting opportunity for nurses who want to work in a high-energy environment. The focus is on providing care for patients undergoing various diagnostic imaging procedures. Good communication skills are essential. A critical thinking ability is necessary for this role. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, enthusiastic, flexible, and organized.
