compassionate Hospice Medical Social Workers with: • Master’s in
Social Work from graduate school accredited by the Council of
Social Work. • One (1) to two (2) years post graduate social work
experience in a health care setting. • Licensed MSW preferred. •
Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day
driving to/from patient locations • A commitment to consistently
meet critical deadlines for charting • The skills needed to
self-manage your time and schedule • Demonstrated experience with
