Job Description: Supplemental Health Care has partnered with a
school district to hire a 1:1 school nurse to work in Holland, New
York. As a school professional with SHC, you’ll be supported by our

needs as a School-based RN. 1:1 School Classroom Nurse Contract
Details: $35 – $38 per hour 4-week contracts This is a one-to-one
nurse position to provide medical care to a student throughout the
school day based on the student’s medical diagnosis and care plan
Contract is for the current school year The nurse will be expected
to follow medical care plans and medical orders IEP/504 plans and
provide effective and pertinent information to the special
education team and student caregivers Nurse will be expected to
complete daily documentation RN will be matched to student based on
the nurse’s medical acuity experience 1:1 school nurse position may
include bus runs, field trips, care for students with certain
health diagnoses/requirements such as but not limited to behavioral
care, seizures, diabetes, allergies, asthma, trach care, vent care,

Requirements: New York RN License American Heart Association BLS
Minimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience in a school or
