Job Description: Supplemental Health Care has partnered with a
school district to hire a school nurse to work in Springville, New
York. As a school professional with SHC, you’ll be supported by our

Contract Details: $39.10 – $42.15 per hour 6-week contracts
Schedule follows the school district calendar RN will see students
on an as-needed basis in the school health office Nurse will be
working in collaboration with the school interdisciplinary team and
student guardian(s) to promote physical and emotional safety and
wellness Duties will include but are not limited to: Providing
healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems
Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services or
treatment Maintaining Student Records while complying with state
and federal screenings Promoting education and wellness initiatives

Heart Association BLS Minimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience
