Job Description:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Social Work from an
Accredited Social Work Program or equivalent education and
experience. Basic computer skills to include, but not limited to,
Microsoft Office Products. Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Program Specialist Responsibilities: The MAT Program Specialist
(MPS) shall be responsible for working with participants by
promoting, counseling, and providing consultation and documentation
regarding interest in MAT. The MAT Program Specialist shall ensure
that those interested in the use of medication assisted treatment
shall have opportunity to participate if the participant meets the
criteria. The MPS shall follow the direction provided by the
Division of Treatment Services (BTS), and direct Supervisor with
regards to the MAT program.
