• Employment Type: Travel Join a dedicated team that provides moderate sedation in a fast-paced procedural area to care for patients undergoing preventative and interventional stroke care. Responsibilities include intraoperative moderate sedation and circulating when not providing moderate sedation. The RN administers moderate sedation and closely monitors the cardiac and physical status of the patient, and collaborates with the physician while providing safety, comfort, and privacy. Job Requirements: - RN License (NY License ONLY)
  - Moderate Sedation Experience Required
  - IR Experience Required
  - Two (2) years' experience in ICU or IR
  - HCP Must have experience with interpretation of end tidal CO2 and nuclear medicine/ diagnostic imaging.
  - BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)-ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY) A Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit whose primary focus is the critically ill Neuro patient who requires a high degree of specialized nursing and medical care. Patient diagnosis includes traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, status epilepticus, stroke and other critical neurologic pathologies. A brand new state-of-the-art, 12 bed ICU. Job Requirements:
  - RN License (NY License ONLY)
  - Two (2) years RN with ICU acute care experience
  - Demonstrates strong critical thinking, communication and organizational skills and ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care
